Mark J. Miller, Esq.
Mark Miller earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware and his law degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
Before co-founding Miller & Jacobs, Mark served as an Assistant State Attorney for three years and worked in insurance defense for two years. His background includes prosecuting cases, working on the defense side of insurance claims, and representing clients through private practice.

Rick S. Jacobs, Esq.
Rick Jacobs earned his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa and his law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan.
After admission to The Florida Bar, Rick served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County for three and a half years before entering private practice. His career includes extensive jury trial work and representing clients at Miller & Jacobs.
